Sound Solutions was founded in 2004 and are based in Co Wexford, in the Republic of Ireland.

Our company is owned and run by people who care about the way sound & vision is reproduced, and through our contact advice service will provide our customers with advice on how to get the most from their system.
There are some business terms & conditions you will need to understand.
All prices advertised include VAT, for shipments weighing less than 2kg, and with an order value of €50 or over, delivery is free to Ireland and the UK, all orders of €49 or less will incur a €5 shipping charge, all other shipments including all those in excess of 2kg are charged at cost.
The customer will be notified of any delivery charges incurred, and no order will be processed until those charges have been accepted by the customer.
All deliveries outside of the EU are not subject to VAT, as such we will deduct the tax from the price advertised which is currently 21%, to work this out for yourself just divide the advertised price by 1.21.
We aim to have all goods shipped to customers within 7 days, however under normal circumstances we would ship within 24 hours.
Swiftpost Express is available at extra cost, and offers guaranteed delivery times for items up to 2kg to, Britain, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, & Switzerland.
If there is any delay in dispatching the order, e.g. out of stock, the customer would be notified of the anticipated dispatch date, no payments are taken until goods are dispatched.
Returns
If the product you have received from Sound Solutions is found to be faulty or substandard in any way, then return it to us, upon receipt we will dispatch a replacement and refund your postage costs, if you do not wish a replacement, we will refund your money through your credit card.
Sound Solutions operates a returns policy for goods other than those found to be faulty as follows:
Should you wish to return any goods purchased for any other reason than faulty goods supplied, you can do so within the following conditions;
That the goods are returned within 21 days of dispatch.
The goods are a standard product, not custom made e.g. speaker cable.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, with all original packaging.
The purchase price will be refunded via your credit card less post and packaging costs which is as follows:
€5 for all goods under €100, or 5% of purchase price for all items above €100.
We reserve the right not to refund, if we feel our returns policy is being misused e.g. for product comparisons.
Credit Card Security
No credit card details are seen by anyone at Sound Solutions when paying online, all online payments made through the Sound Solutions website are handled by Realex payments via their secure server, and are approved by all the major banks and credit card companies.
The padlock in the bottom right hand corner is the symbol that card information is being encrypted.
